Ok...is your little princess wearing a parachute? That is a cute outfit!
Ha Ha. Zac, it's a little monkey back pack. For her anyway. I originally bought it for Ben as a cuter form of a leash. You can hook the monkey tail on the monkey so the parent can hold on to the running child. Ben hated it. Maggie loves it.
